The writing is on the scale of the metropolitan urban artery, but the unit is split by symmetry. Two volumes are legible, mitigating the monolithic effect. The building also offers two different sides to respond to its singular situation. On the artery side, excavated strata come to house a work of composite wooden slats, in counterpoint to the proven urbanity of the heckled landscape of the avenue. On the garden side, south side, on the plant side, the loggias are covered with a system of completely retractable glass panels. It is therefore possible to completely open up, to protect oneself, to isolate oneself from the cold, from the noise and to ensure, through reflections, a unique and variable landscape. The apartments have been designed to offer a double orientation and, when they are not, they turn into duplexes. Finally, the distribution of floors is reduced by setting up two separate halls.
