The project is integrated into the site of a vast expanse of vines from a vineyard opposite, and a residential area around it. The accommodations are organized around a central square with bucolic accents, decorated with a fountain. The alternation of materials on its facades, in a light tone and wood cladding, gives it an authentic and warm unity of character.
