The plot is ribbed from east to west, causing visual openings on the banks of the public park of the pond. A writing that seeks to mix the residential scale and that of an apartment building. The project is a link between individual housing, tertiary buildings and public facilities, at the crossroads of a wide variety of organized plant spaces (workers' gardens) or natural (around the pond). The proposed development echoes the typologies and adapts to the future urban layout as well as to the scales of the spaces they coexist with (city entrance, direct relationship with the pond, soft path).
