This residence is located on a wooded plot. Students benefit from the proximity of the city center while enjoying the comfort of a green space in the heart of the residence. The cutting of the envelope offers a counterpoint to the parallelepiped geometries of the neighboring collective buildings. The topography of the land naturally limits the height of the building, bringing us closer to the altimetries of the also neighboring suburban housing. The building, placed in the center of the plot, offers on its periphery, and mainly at the back, a plant treatment in line with the existing one.
