Reflet-Océan is a project consisting of T2 (82) and T3 (12) apartments, dedicated to seniors. By tapping into the past and looking to the future, we have developed a Lacanian grammar. The building had to respect the seaside and historical vocation of the city. Here, it is attached to the Roseraie villa, a vestige of an era that can still be resurrected. It is therefore by developing this vocabulary of the place that the operation is organized and structured along the boulevard, but also in the middle of a frank vegetation, logically inscribing it in the local theme of the city-park.
